Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Indian Erotic Stories, we strive to provide high-quality literary content. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon subscription, we have established the following policy:

1. Digital Content Nature

All subscriptions (Monthly at ₹50 and Yearly at ₹500) provide immediate access to our full archive of premium stories. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and the content has been accessed.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel, go to your Substack Account Settings and select "Cancel Subscription."

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing cycle.

Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.

3. Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged twice or there has been a technical billing error, please contact us immediately at contact@indianeroticstory.com. We will investigate the transaction and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a manual refund through Stripe.

4. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
